The family-run Hotel Ancora is in the centre of Cortina's pedestrian area, 300 metres from the Faloria ski lift. Most rooms have a balcony, some overlooking the Dolomites.

Ancora Hotel has 2 restaurants, reviewed in a number of prestigious food guides. A delicious mix of international dishes is served in the Gothic-style restaurant with arched ceiling, or in the tavern with hand-painted ceramics.
During winter the hotel is only bookable for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
