Disneyland Paris at Easter

Planning a spring trip with your children? What about Disneyland Paris during the Easter break? Here are a few tips for your Disneyland Paris vacation. Easter break is a good time to visit Eurodisney because the weather is warm and also because the parks have extended hours. Don’t assume you’re gonna save money if you book directly with Disney package. Truth is you are gonna save a small fortune on flights, Disneyland hotels and tickets if you book them separately. Buy your Disneyland Paris tickets on line at DisneylandParis.co.uk to avoid long queues. The tickets are delivered to you by e-mail and you’ll just have to print them out and take them along. Disneyland hotels are very expensive, so you’d better consider a cheap hotel near Disneyland Paris, instead. These hotels are outside the Disneyland Resort, but in walking distance, and have a free shuttle service to Disney Parks every 10 minutes. These offsite selected Disney hotels are cheaper than the cheapest Disney hotel, Santa Fe. If you’re planning a mainly Disneyland Paris vacation consider these hotels since it takes at least 45 minutes to go by RER A to Marne La Valee from Paris, and the cost for a return ticket is 8,50 per person. Cheap flights to Paris with British Airways.

London low cost

With the correct information travelling abroad is not too expensive, even during this uneasy crisis time. Plus for European travellers this is a particularly good time to change in the value of the Pound. Exchange rates are great also for US visitors. What is better time to visit London then? You can start choosing your low cost flight, look up into the special flight offers from British Airways, flight fares starting from 59 euros. You can go for a low budget hotel in London too. London is a capital that offers an amazing mix of old and new. You can start your visit to the timeless city from the British Museum, maybe the most visited attraction in London. The British Museum offers free entrance, so do most of the main museums in London. If you’re short on time or you don’t wish to visit the entire museum, you can choose some selective items such as the Rosetta Stone, which was the key in deciphering hieroglyphs, the Lindow Man, the remains of an Iron Age body, and the Parthenon sculptures. You can use the metro to reach the British Museum, the nearest underground stations are Holborn (Central line), Tottenham Court Road (Northern line), Russell Square (Piccadilly line) and Goodge Street (Northern line). They all are a few minutes on foot. If you've never seen the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace, it truly is a sight to behold. The ceremony takes place at Buckingham Palace at 11.30, but we recommend you arrive by 11.15, and lasts 45 minutes. The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, just a few miles from London, are instead the place to be if you are garden lovers. In 2009 Kew celebrates its 250th anniversary. Last but not least, keep in mind the first thing to do when you arrive in London is buying Time Out London. This magazine will give you good information, from latest events to openings and competitions.
Events for the month of March:
St Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival. The parade begins at noon from Park Lane.
